Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made up to (48 hours) before a scheduled appointment via (text, or phone call) will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made (48 hours), or LESS before an appointment will be subject to a charge of (half of the service rate)
2. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you.
3. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment. You can call or text me at 386-383-0047
4. I know your time is valuable, and mine is too. Out of respect for myself and my other clients, I ask that you give me at least (48 hours) notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
5. The first time an appointment is missed, I will make a note in your file. Two missed appointments without notice, client will not be allowed to rebook without a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the clients service.
6. I understand clients occasionally need to change or reschedule their appointments. Should you need to do so, I ask for at least 24 hours notice without penalty.
Please do not be late to your appointment. If you will be more that 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment I may not be able to perform all services scheduled such as blow-drying and styling. Scheduled services are still owed.
7. Thank you for your kind respect and understanding that this is my livelihood, how I support my business, buy product, renew my cosmetology license, pay my business insurance and pay my living expenses. This is not a hobby, even though I love every bit of what I do. I thoroughly enjoy seeing my clients and I want to make sure I am able to continue to do so.
